- Tap [Passcode Authentication].
- Switch the toggle on or off to enable or disable the feature. The default setting is ON.
Magic Number Dual Security
This mode prevents passcode exposure by requiring you to enter 2 random digits before entering your passcode. By default, Magic Number Dual Security mode is enabled on the device.

- On the app's home screen, go to Door Lock > More Options ⋮ > Option Settings.
- Tap [Passcode Authentication].
- Turn on the Passcode Authentication toggle. If it is already turned on, you can skip this step.

Dual Entry Authentication
This feature requires both a passcode and a fingerprint to be successfully verified before unlocking the door. It is highly recommended for users who want enhanced security, such as those living on the ground floor or in hallway-style apartments. To enable Dual Entry Authentication, at least one biometric authentication method must be registered. The default setting is disabled. When Dual Entry Authentication is enabled, Master, User, and Temporary passcodes all require additional biometric verification. Furthermore, while Dual Entry Authentication is active, unlocking with biometric authentication alone is not possible; a passcode must be entered first.

- On the app's home screen, go to Door Lock > More Options ⋮ > Option Settings.
- Tap [Passcode Authentication].
- Turn on the Passcode Authentication toggle. If it is already turned on, you can skip this step.

- Tap [Passcode Authentication].
- Tap [Emergency Alert Passcode].
- Enter the Emergency Alert Passcode you wish to use.
Privacy Mode
This feature restricts entry from the outside while you are inside your home. When Privacy Mode is enabled, the door cannot be unlocked from the outside, even with registered authentication methods. This feature is automatically disabled as soon as the door is opened from the inside.
When to use:
This feature is ideal for securing the home at night after everyone has returned, or when you want to completely block any external entry while asleep.

- On the app's home screen, tap the Door Lock area.
- Scroll down to the Set Mode section at the bottom.
- Switch the Privacy Mode toggle on or off to enable or disable the feature. The default setting is OFF
Away Mode
This feature detects intrusions by monitoring for door openings from inside while you are away. When Away Mode is enabled, if the door is opened from inside, it is treated as an intrusion, triggering an alarm and sending an intrusion notification to the app. This feature is automatically disabled when the door is opened from outside using an authentication method other than a Mobile Key.
When to use:
This feature is ideal for use when the house is empty or during long absences. Before turning it on, please make sure there is no one inside, as any door opening from the inside will trigger the alarm.

- On the app's home screen, tap the Door Lock area.
- Scroll down to the Set Mode section at the bottom.
- Switch the Away Mode toggle on or off to enable or disable the feature. The default setting is OFF.
Welcome Feature

- Switch the toggle on or off to enable or disable the feature. The default setting is ON.

Pet Safe Opening

Simply pushing down on the handle with one hand will not open the door, preventing pets or young children from accidentally leaving the house.

- On the app's home screen, go to Door Lock > More Options ⋮ > Option Settings.
- Tap [Pet Safe Opening].
- Switch the toggle on or off to enable or disable the feature. The default setting is OFF.

- Tap [Door Open Alarm Time].
- Turn on the toggle at the top to enable the feature.
