5. Registering Door Lock & Adding Authentication Methods — App Manual

Download the Zigbang Smart Home app and proceed with account registration.
Access the Home screen and tap the [Add Device] button.
*This menu may not be visible depending on your member permission level.
Allow all requested permissions for Camera, Location, and Bluetooth to register the door lock.
*If permissions are not granted, device registration will not be possible. (Wi-Fi must be turned ON.)
Scan the QR code attached to the inside of the door lock’s inner cover. Alternatively, a QR code is included in the product package.
*If the QR code cannot be scanned or found, tap [Where is the QR code?] at the bottom and follow the instructions.
Press and hold the Registration Button for 1 second to switch the door lock into Registration Mode.
*The Registration Button is located inside the door lock's inner cover.
Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the passcode to connect the door lock to the network.
*Only 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks are supported.
Do not close the app while the door lock is being registered. This process may take a few moments.
Once door lock registration is complete, proceed to the next step: Adding Authentication Methods.

After completing door lock registration, go to the Door Lock Details page, and you will be guided to the screen for adding authentication methods.
You must add at least one authentication method for unlocking the door to use all features of the app.
Select the authentication method you wish to register.
Tap the Arrow Button, and the door lock will enter Authentication Registration Mode.
Follow the on-screen instructions to register your authentication method.
*Closing the page during registration will not end the door lock's Registration Mode.
Once the page closes automatically, the authentication method registration is complete.
