11. Emergency Operations & Safety Features

Emergency Power (When Batteries Are Discharged)

When it is time to replace the batteries, continuing to use the door lock without replacing them may cause the batteries to discharge fully, resulting in the door lock not operating normally. In this case, open the bottom cover on the outdoor unit and connect an emergency power supply to the USB C-Type port using a power bank to open the door.

Fire Detection

This feature detects and triggers an alarm when the indoor temperature rises to an abnormal level (approximately 65°C ± 10°C). The alarm sounds for 15 seconds, and once the alarm stops, you can open the door using the manual open/close lever to exit. (When the indoor temperature drops below a certain level, the door lock will operate normally.)

Intrusion & Tamper Detection

This feature sounds a warning alarm if the door is forcibly opened from the inside or outside. If the door is forcibly opened while closed, the door open sensor detects it and sounds an alarm for 5 minutes.

Troubleshooting Unknown Errors

If an unknown error occurs while using the door lock or if it does not operate normally, pressing the reset button shown in the image to restart the power may resolve the issue.
