Dual Entry Authentication

This feature opens the door only when both a passcode and a fingerprint are successfully authenticated. It is recommended for those who want to further enhance security, such as ground-floor residents or residents of corridor-type apartments. To set Dual Entry Authentication mode, Passcode Authentication must be turned on and at least one fingerprint must be registered. The default setting is Dual Entry Authentication mode disabled. When Dual Entry Authentication is enabled, all master, user, and temporary passcodes require additional fingerprint authentication. In addition, while Dual Entry Authentication is active, you cannot enter using a fingerprint alone; you must enter your passcode first. The waiting time between the first and second authentication is 5 seconds.

Manage on the App

This passcode can be used in an emergency situation. Unlocking the door lock with the emergency alert passcode opens the door normally while simultaneously sending a push notification to members registered in the same Home. Only one emergency alert passcode can be registered.

  • Passcodes identical to an already registered one will be flagged as duplicates and cannot be registered. (Applies to Master, User, Visitor, and Emergency Alert passcodes)

  2. Tap [Sequential Unlock].
  3. Toggle the switches on or off to configure each setting as needed:

Anti-Tamper Function (Cannot be configured)

This feature sounds a warning alarm and blocks the door lock from operating if it is incorrectly manipulated from the outside.
Regardless of the authentication method—such as passcode, fingerprint, or key tag (excluding mobile key)—if a total of 5 authentication errors accumulate, an error sound will play followed by a voice guidance announcing a 3-minute operation suspension, during which the door lock will stop operating. For example, failing 2 passcode attempts and 3 key tag attempts is considered a total of 5 errors, and operation will be suspended.
