In the Event of a Fire
- In case of fire, the device will display a fire outbreak.
- The automatic door will open, and it will remain open as long as the fire alert is active.
If the Cloud Server is Not Initially Connected
- This product requires connection to a cloud server.
- If the public internet network is not yet installed on-site, you can access the premises by tagging a pre-registered RF card on the Home button.
In the Event of Internet Disconnection
If the device temporarily loses its internet connection, a ”Offline” notification will appear on the device
- While Offline, voice call mode (resident call, security office call) and visitor passcode access are not available.
- Face recognition, Mobile Key Tag, and RF card access for residents are available even in offline mode.
- When the internet connection is restored, the ”Offline” notification will disappear from the device.
*This product requires connection to a cloud server. If the internet connection is temporarily lost, some features may be limited.
